Roy Itzhaki - Founder and CEO
Roy founded the winery while completing a degree in Economics. He had devoted every ounce of energy and a huge arsenal of skills to management of the winery, which has heralded its success and prosperity in Israel and worldwide.

David Bar-Ilan –Winemaker
David began his career as a winemaker in 2001. He specializes in the production of fine wines and over the years has worked in leading boutique wineries in Israel, and even in Australia. David accompanies and closely supervises cultivation of the vineyards as well as every stage of production, and is the creator of the Winery’s unique blends. David sets the tone for the Winery’s style of wine – contemporary, intense and exhilarating.

Or Ben-Avi – Director of Marketing and Export
Or is in charge of Tulip Winery’s marketing and branding strategies and coordinates the production of all of the Winery’s marketing material. In addition, Or is also responsible for all export activity and business partnerships between the Winery and other relevant parties.

Lotan Wiessman - USA Marketing and Export Manager
Lotan is in charge of Tulip Winery activities in the USA including marketing and branding strategies, sales, coordinating events and managing the Winery’s prestige loyalty club in the USA.
“To work in the US Market is very challenging and inspiring, I meet a lot of interesting people that are always eager to learn about the wonderful wines that Israel produces. But the highlight of my job is the work with Kfar Tikva residents - that always lights up my day”.

 

Lital Roth – Director of Customer Relations
Lital is responsible for the Visitors Center, including coordinating and guiding visits for groups and individuals. In addition, Lital heads up the Winery’s Prestige Club and the Gift Pack Department, offering various gift packs for purchase by corporate and private customers.
“I have the privilege to combine my two great loves – wine and people. Guiding groups and welcoming both new and regular guests to the Winery, along with working with Kfar Tikva residents and with excellent wines, is what gets me out of bed every morning with a smile…”
