Gilad Vineyard - Kfar Yuval

Altitude: 350m above sea level
Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Shiraz, Gewurztraminer
Soil: Basalt and terra rossa
Characteristics: The vineyard is characterized by descending cold air from Mount Hermon and Lebanon and extreme differences in temperature between day and night, which enables good, full grape maturity.

Alma Vineyard

Altitude: 750m above sea level
Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon
Soil: Basalt and limestone
Characteristics: Extremely cool climate with cool temperatures even on the hottest summer days. This particular vineyard is uniquely isolated from other plots so the need for pest and disease control is minimal.

Tzivon Vineyard

Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah
Soil: Clay with limestone river pebbles
Characteristics: Organic biodynamic vineyard on the slopes of Mount Meron, yielding grapes very rich in flavor and with long, optimal maturity.

Characteristics: High location with cool temperatures. A very mature vineyard able to yield grapes with rich flavors and body. Optimal for cultivating grapes for white wines of the finest quality.

Nir Vineyard – Mata

Altitude: 650-750m above sea level
Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot
Soil: Limestone and terra rossa
Characteristics: An isolated vineyard with an interesting micro-climate of cool temperatures, snowy winters and very dry air. These features help in the natural prevention of disease and vine maintenance.

Tzuba Vineyard

Height: 730m above sea level
Grape Variety: Merlot

Soil: Limestone and terra rossa
Characteristics: The combination of the altitude of the vineyard, the planting slope and painstaking vine cultivation, yields a classic Merlot with absolutely fantastic results.

 

Avivim Vineyard

Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot.
Soil: Limestone, Terra rossa
Characteristics: The vineyard’s high altitude and colder temperatures create optimal conditions for a later maturation of the grapes and result in a fresh and fruity wine.
